Three Brothers Group, a dynamic family-owned enterprise, needed a centralized corporate web presence to showcase their expanding portfolio of premium venues. They wanted a sleek, fast, and modern platform that communicated their brand values, attracted top-tier talent, and directed patrons to their individual venue sites seamlessly.
The Challenge
As the group acquired new locations, their digital presence became fragmented. They lacked a unified corporate identity, making it difficult for stakeholders to understand the scale of their operations. Additionally, their recruitment process was decentralized, leading to high drop-off rates for job applicants. The site needed to be lightning-fast and visually stunning to match their high-end offerings.
The Solution
We built a modern, responsive web application using Next.js and Tailwind CSS, deployed on Vercel for maximum performance. The site features a centralized 'Portfolio' section with rich imagery of their venues and integrated booking links. We also developed a custom careers portal that aggregates job openings across all locations, drastically simplifying the application process for prospective staff.
