The project at a glance
Sileon Audio approached us with a bold vision: to become the go-to premium audio brand for discerning listeners. Their existing online presence didn't reflect the quality of their products. We redesigned everything from the ground up -- a new visual identity, a high-conversion Shopify storefront, and a content strategy that positions them as thought leaders in the audio space.
The Challenge
The existing website had a 1.2% conversion rate and an average session duration of just 45 seconds. The brand identity was inconsistent across channels, and the product photography didn't convey the premium quality of the hardware. Mobile experience was particularly poor, with 68% of traffic coming from mobile but only 0.4% converting.
The Solution
We built a custom Shopify theme with a focus on immersive product storytelling. Each product page features 360-degree views, comparison tools, and embedded audio demos. The checkout flow was streamlined from 5 steps to 2, and we introduced a 'Sound Profile' quiz that recommends products based on listening preferences. The entire experience was designed mobile-first with performance as a priority.
